The customizable sales pipeline provides a clear overview of all ongoing transactions.
Sales phases are displayed as columns so that it is possible to see which deals are in which phase. Mister James also makes it possible to manage multiple campaigns in different pipelines in order to map different sales processes.

Contact Forms

With Mister James's Landing Page Designer, contact forms can be easily created and integrated into the landing pages. The forms can be individually configured. When a prospective customer submits a form, a new deal is automatically created in the CRM system's sales pipeline. Mister James can also automatically supplement the sender's data with intelligent functions supported by AI. For example, it is often enough just to enter the user's email address — the CRM system then automatically searches for the associated company and supplements the data by itself.

Appointment Booking

In Mister James, appointment booking forms can be integrated into landing pages super easily using the drag&drop editor. Visitors to the landing page can then book appointments themselves in specified time slots. Both working hours and the duration of appointments can be individually configured. The form can be linked to Google Calendar, Microsoft Office 365 calendars and the integrated Mister James calendar so that there is no overlap across calendars.

Social Media Planner

Especially in small and medium-sized companies, a social media page is quickly set up. After initial euphoric postings, however, it is often easy to calm down and new posts are only created irregularly at long intervals. To prevent exactly that from happening, Mister James's CRM system includes a social media planner. This is a calendar that allows contributions for the future to be planned via drag & drop. In this way, the social media presence can be planned once in advance for a certain period of time, which creates a certain “background noise.”

Lead Explorer

Not only how many visitors visit the company's website is interesting information, but also, above all, which visitors they are. Mister James decrypts website visitors and shows visitors' names with real names. This makes it possible to see who is visiting the website. These contacts can then be processed for sales purposes.

Automatic data enrichment

Mister James offers numerous supporting functions to automatically enrich data. For example, if new contacts are created manually, the customer's geographical location or logo is automatically researched and stored with the contact. The CRM system also offers the option of researching contacts directly by entering an Internet address.

Scan business cards

In future, received physical business cards will no longer have to disappear into your wallet until they become illegible, but can be scanned directly with a smartphone. Mister James recognizes the text on the business card and automatically creates a new contact.

Integrate with Google Maps

Google Maps offers a perfect opportunity to research new potential customers in a specific geographical area. The Mister James CRM system offers a browser extension that integrates directly with Google Maps. This allows addresses from Google Maps to be transferred directly to the CRM system.

Classic mailings

Similar to sending emails, the CRM system also supports the “postal mailings” type of communication. Users of Mister James only have to enter their text and can then have tons of letters sent with one click. Mister James is completely responsible for printing and shipping.

Telephony actions via call centers

Telephone acquisition campaigns can also be carried out with Mister James. For this purpose, conversation guidelines can be stored, which Mister James' call center employees then work through with the Mister James user's customers. The results of the telephone actions are returned to the CRM system immediately after the call has been completed.

Project & task planning

In Mister James, entire projects can also be planned. The integrated Gantt project planning also always provides an overview of all tasks within a project. Individual tasks can also be linked to deals/reminders. This allows deals to be paused indefinitely and only reappear in the sales pipeline when certain tasks within a project have been completed. This allows you, for example, to link future planned product offers with deals and is automatically reminded as soon as certain functions are available.

Resource Planner

Operational resources (e.g. cars, training rooms, demonstration equipment, etc.) can be created in resource planning and then reserved for specific times. This makes it easier when multiple team members share certain resources.

Expense Management

Operational expenses can be recorded in Mister James and linked to contacts and campaigns. This gives you a precise overview of the costs of specific campaigns at all times.

Time Recording

Mister James also contains time recording, which allows services provided to be documented and collectively continued to invoices in due course (Germany only).

Deep Dive

In order to be able to better classify the figures that the reporting module evaluates, individual figures can be inspected more closely. Various other dimensions can then be displayed, for example to find out which team members are responsible for individual results.
