Segmenting contacts in Mister James CRM is simple and helps you organize your contacts for better targeting and automation.
To segment a contact:

1. Open the contact by clicking on it.

2. In the contact feed, you’ll see “Segments” at the top.

3. Select the segments you want to assign to this contact.
   If you need to create or manage segments, go to Settings → Sales → Segments. Here you can create new segments, edit existing ones, or delete segments you no longer need.
   By assigning contacts to the right segments, you can quickly filter your contacts and run targeted campaigns
